For property managers

Fewer calls, more visibility

Nidz gives your residences a single channel for incident reports, announcements and documents. Your teams run the whole portfolio from the web, owners follow along from their phone, and your work becomes visible.

What costs you time today

Four situations every property manager knows, and that the app is built to fix.

What Nidz changes for you

A tool designed for management, connected to the app your residents already carry.

01

A single channel for incident reports

The resident reports the incident in the app, with photos and the building concerned. You move it forward by status, every step notifies the reporter, and the comment thread keeps the exchanges in one place. No more calling back to know where things stand.

02

A computed priority, a readable portfolio

You qualify each report with two choices, severity and urgency, and Nidz derives the priority, from P1 to P4. Your teams know what to handle first, residence by residence and across the whole portfolio.

03

Communication that actually arrives

An announcement, published to one residence or to your whole portfolio, arrives as a notification, a push and an email, with its attachments. A built-in poll gives you a measurable answer within hours.

04

A residents' council on board

Council members have their own role in the app: a reserved announcement space, the same information as you and a thread of exchanges that keeps the history. Meetings pick up from what has already been said.

05

A serious image, measured

Every action is visible to owners, every resolved incident ends with a satisfaction rating, and the complete history serves as the record on the day of the general meeting. Your work finally shows.

Set up in three steps

A residence is up and running in a few days, with no IT project.

  1. 01

We show you, then we create your residence

A 15-minute demo on the manager side and the resident side, then we create the residence (buildings, homes, units) from your list of units.

  2. 02

    Residents are invited and supported

Every occupant receives an email invitation; those who did not get one request access from the app, and you approve it. We support the launch.

  3. 03

Your teams run it from the web

Everyone has their role: manager, residents' council, resident. Your teams handle and publish from their browser, residents follow along from the app.

Your questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of units. For a residence set up on the initiative of its residents or its residents’ council, Nidz costs €0.50 per home per month. For property managers equipping several residences, pricing is quoted according to the size of the portfolio.

Either way, get in touch: we come back to you with a precise figure for your residence.

Does Nidz replace my property management software?

No, and that is not its purpose. Your property management software handles accounting, service-charge calls and general meetings; Nidz takes care of what it does not cover: the day-to-day relationship with residents.

Incidents are reported and tracked in the app instead of arriving by phone, announcements and documents land directly on owners’ phones, and the residents’ council has a reserved space. The two tools coexist, with no integration to set up. Discover Nidz for property managers.

What about residents without a smartphone?

Nidz also works in a web browser, on a computer or a tablet, with the same features as the mobile app. Important announcements are also emailed to every registered resident.

Those who do not create an account stay informed through the residence’s usual channels: Nidz does not replace them, it complements them. A residence does not need every inhabitant on board to benefit: each incident reported in the app and each piece of information shared makes life easier for everyone.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Nidz is a French company; your data is hosted exclusively in the European Union and processed in accordance with the GDPR. Each residence is a private space: only its members, approved by the manager, can access it.

You stay in control of your profile: you choose whether to accept messaging with your neighbours, and you can delete your account at any time from the app. The details are in our privacy policy.

How do I equip my residence?

Request a demo through the contact form, or book a 15-minute slot directly: we show you the app on the resident side and on the manager side.

Then we set up your residence (buildings, homes, units) from your list of units, residents are invited by email and supported as they get started. Are you a residents’ council member? We help you present Nidz to your property manager. What Nidz brings to property managers.
